This position is open to an Art Director at a junior, midweight, or senior level.

Qualifications

  • A college graduate of marketing, multimedia arts, design, or any related field

  • At least 1 year of work experience

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience and background in Operations Management, Marketing, Advertising, Client Relations, and Project Management.

  • Demonstrates interest on topics like business strategy, technology trends, social media trends, retail marketing, and the like. 

  • Ability to direct, lead and innovate. Ability to overcome resistance to change while preparing and supporting those affected by change.

  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exhibits skill in collaborating and partnering in order to garner support and build trusting relationships, partnerships and alliances with various groups and interests.

    • Collaborate in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends.

    • Collaborate in assessing competitive landscapes and market dynamics to develop effective strategies.

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.

    • Constantly update existing inventory decks and files to reflect actual availability of spaces.

    • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges.

    • Present compelling proposals and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

    • Attend meetings, events, and any relevant in-person interactions for client-servicing purposes;

    • Oversee completeness and accuracy of the updates cascaded to the whole team for specific projects;

    • Effectively triage the coordination with suppliers for briefings, production, scoping, proposals, revisions, updates, payments, and project closure;

    • Produce any needed reports or content for the assigned projects, as well as manage the given budget for each project;

    • Oversee, coordinate, and work with the team assigned to each project, to track, to prepare the necessary documents, and secure all incoming and outgoing fees, transactions, payments, and receivables.

    • Coordinate with Business Development Director and other concerned directors and/or departments for client issues, requirements, payments, etc.

    • To work closely with the Legal Director, Business Development Director, and other concerned directors and/or departments in securing and checking contracts, memorandum of agreements, and any legal documents that the company may need to fulfill its duties with a client/account.

    • Work closely with the Business Development Director and other concerned directors and/or departments in training employees under the Accounts department.

    • To assess pain points in accounts and overall operations and work closely with the Business Development Director in developing solutions and improvements for better workflow.
